The original painting was made with Acrylic, Oil and Mixed Medium for a highly textured piece. Isn’t it wonderful that we have reminders of the sun even when it isn’t shining bright outside? These sunflowers are pretty confident in themselves that they will be lovely no matter what the weather has for them. This is an expressionistic painting meant to bring happiness to the viewer.
